Rosemary Pomegranate Spritzer

Ingredients

  • Rosemary sprigs

  • Sugar

  • Champagne or Prosecco

  • Pom juice

  • Pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Create rosemary simple syrup

    1. Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2-3 sprigs of rosemary to a small pan

    2. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar has been mixed in

    3. Remove from heat and let cool completely (makes about 12 oz of syrup)

  2. Add about 1 tbsp of simple syrup to glass

  3. Add champagne or Prosecco (1:6 ratio of syrup to champagne)

  4. Add a splash of Pom juice

  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig

  6. For a punchbowl: add a 1:6 radio of syrup to champagne to a bowl, add pomegranates and Pom juice to taste. Garnish each drink with a rosemary sprig
